Wedding Favours – Are small gifts given to guests as a token of appreciation from
the Bride & Groom on their Wedding day.
The Tradition goes back many years from the original Bomboniere – a small trinket box made
of porcelain or crystal decorated with precious stones that contained sugar or confectionery.
These were replaced by sugared almonds 5 in total to signify health, Wealth,
Happiness, Fertility, and Long Life and are still popular today.
